Psychotherapist and Counsellor

If you're feeling stuck and unsure, like you're merely going through the motions of life, you're not alone. Many women find themselves in a place where they're ticking all the boxes but still feel unfulfilled. This can lead to a sense of disconnection, anxiety, and even depression. The weight of societal expectations can make you feel like you're living someone else's life, leaving your own desires and passions on the backburner.

I understand these struggles deeply because I've been there myself. As a heart-centered and curious psychotherapist, I believe in the power of reconnecting with your true self, not just through talking but also by tuning into your body's wisdom. Our mind, heart, and gut are like three brains, each offering unique insights into our well-being. I've dedicated my career to helping women navigate their emotional and psychological challenges, empowering them to break free from the constraints holding them back. Together, we can explore what's truly important to you and find a path toward a more joyful and authentic life.

My Story

For years, I felt stuck in a routine that I couldn't escape, feeling lost, unfulfilled and disconnected regardless of where I lived or what job I had. I chased things that didn't truly interest me to fit in. Through psychotherapy, I discovered what genuinely made me happy and got unstuck.

This journey of self-discovery made me realize that true fulfilment comes from within, not from external expectations. It wasn't easy, but embracing my authentic self led me to a career in psychotherapy, where I now help others navigate similar challenges, empowering them to find their own path to joy and authenticity.
