Life can be overwhelming when you constantly prioritise how you think others see you, or how they want you to be, over yourself. In your sessions, we will explore these feelings together. We’ll look at the ways in which you’ve been putting others first, whether that be their opinions, feelings or needs, and how this has impacted your sense of self. It’s time to give yourself the attention and care you so freely give to others. By doing so, you’ll begin to uncover your own voice, and needs, first so you can hear them, and then introduce them into your life.

Anxiety, feelings of depression, and a sense of being out of place are all common experiences. You might find it hard to speak up for yourself or struggle with ambivalence and indecision, often defaulting to what friends, family or society deem worthwhile. This doesn't have to be your norm.
Do you feel hyper-aware of how others perceive you? Are you stiff in your body and strict with how you carry yourself around others so that you don’t upset them?

We will work together to understand the roots of your anxiety and depressive feelings. Together, we’ll identify the patterns and beliefs that have kept you feeling stuck.

You’ll learn strategies to manage these feelings, creating space for new, more empowering ways of thinking and being. It’s important to remember that it’s okay to seek help and to acknowledge that you deserve support.
